Description
The Brighton Garden Arch is a Victorian style rose arch crafted from steel that is hot-dip galvanized and subsequently powder coated.
This style was extremely popular during the reign of Queen Victoria. The most beautiful examples of that architecture may still be found today in the southern English seaside resort of Brighton.
Structure is made of 4 cm (1.58") steel tubing and 2 cm (0.79") steel bands. The hot-dip galvanization will extend the life of your arch. The powder coating is a top-quality coating that will last for many, many years. The pinecone finials are cast aluminum and powder coated to match the arch.
Heavy steel bands and steel tubing are welded together and subsequently galvanized by hot-dip at 860 degrees Fahrenheit. Such galvanization is also effect in the rust-prone welded areas and inside the tubing.
The structures are powder coated at 392 degrees Fahrenheit. At this temperature the color and the sand-brushed galvanized surface fuse to create an extremely weather resistant surface.
Manufactured so that very little assembly is required.
Three standard sizes are available here. Please look at our other Brighton Arch listing to view available add-on options such as planters, a gate, fence or bench.
All Brighton arches are a special order. We currently have one 5' available for immediate shipment.
