Return & Refund Policy

We strive to do our best to get your order shipped in the shortest period of time possible. If there is an error on your order when it arrives, please accept our sincerest apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we will gladly correct our error. 

IMPORTANT: Please inspect all packages upon receipt and open them to inspect for any concealed damage that may have occurred during shipping and that all items have been received. 

Damage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. If you’ve received an item that has been damaged during shipment, please email us a photo of the damaged item and the box it arrived in. We cannot honor damage claims made more than 10 days after your items have been delivered.

LTL Shipments

When receiving goods that have been shipped on a pallet via an LTL trucking company, you must inspect those items carefully prior to signing any paperwork and prior to the driver leaving. Take photos of any damage (or ask the driver to) and note any damage either on the ‘bill of lading’ paperwork or the driver’s handheld device.

Many trucking companies no longer use paperwork and utilize handheld devices. However, you still need to note any damage prior to the driver leaving. If the damage appears extensive, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately (please take multiple photos with your cell phone or smart device).

Returns

Please note that many of the items we sell are not returnable. These include but are not limited to:

  • Items that are fabricated upon order
  • Items that ship directly from our artists, vendors, or manufacturers
  • Any custom order items
  • Items that have been opened, removed from their packaging, and assembled 

All items returned require an RMA#. Unless specifically instructed otherwise, all returns should be shipped or mailed insured via a carrier of your choice to:

Note: All returned items must be in their original packaging and in condition for resale. If it is determined when we receive a returned item that we cannot put the item back on our shelf for resale, no refund will be made. 

We will not be responsible for the return postage costs on refused orders and your refund will be reduced by the return postage charge.  A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all permissible returns.

No returns after 30 days.
