Manufactured from renewable coconut husks, these molded trough liners combine soft, brown coco fibers with natural latex derived from the rubber plant to create a tub-shaped liner that conforms to the contours of hayrack-style cradle planters. The natural material provides a traditional finish that complements outdoor spaces while offering a suitable growing environment for seasonal plantings.

Quality and proper fit are important features of these replacement liners. Each liner is manufactured to a minimum thickness of 10mm, with additional coconut fiber reinforcement along the bottom for added substance. The liners are also made approximately 1/2 inch deeper than the planter rim, allowing extra material to accommodate the natural settling and relaxation of the coco fibers over time.

When new, molded coco liners may feel stiff and extend slightly above the planter's rim. This is intentional. As the coconut fibers gradually relax into the planter, the extra depth helps maintain coverage at the top and reduces the risk of gaps developing between the liner and planter rim, where potting soil and water could escape.

Made in Sri Lanka (Ceylon), these natural coconut fiber liners are washed in fresh water and have a pH range of 5.4 to 6.8. Their renewable composition makes them a natural choice for refreshing your cradle planters season after season.
