The material is a durable, lighter weight, weather resistant mix of crushed stone and fiberglass with the look and feel of real stone. No paint or dyes are added—natural stone dust creates the unique colors. Stocked colors include Creme, White, Anthracite and Grey. Special order colors available are green, red, yellow and maroon.
Planters are manufactured without drainage so that they may be used indoors but please specify drainage if you plan to use our planters outdoors.
Dry Cast Sandstone Planters
Organic texture
Our cast stone planters are a mix of cement and crushed sandstone offering the distinct feel of a sandstone finish but with the strength of concrete. Cast stone is superior to cast concrete in look and feel. Cast stone is a concrete based building material manufactured and molded to simulate natural cut stone. All the the mix designs meet with the standard specifications of the Cast Stone Institute for architectural cast stone.The mid-size and larger pieces are reinforced with galvanized aircraft cable. Flat surfaces and rings are reinforced with rebar or non-ferrous pipe.
We offer a very large variety of metal planters. Most of our aluminum planters can also be manufactured in steel or Corten steel. Copper and brass planters may also be manufactured in zinc.
There are so many shapes available from simple rectangular planters, urn type planters, tall round planters as well as tall square planters. Customization is available such as lighting, wheels and color.
