The Band-It stainless steel 3/4" banding is perfect for securely attaching brackets to poles. Should you choose the Band-It system during check-out, you will be given the option to purchase the kit, which includes 100 Feet of Banding and 35 Ear-Lokt Buckles, or purchase banding per foot. Buckles sold separately - 1 buckle required per band; 2 bands required per single or double bracket.
The Band-It system requires the Band-IT C00169 tool to install banding appropriately. You may rent or purchase this tool. If you opt to use our banding system and choose the tool during checkout, the tool will be charged to your order and sent with a return label. |Estimated Total Banding
**IMPORTANT: When installing double brackets, add one additional foot for each bracket set.
Always do your own calculations. The above is only for reference
1. Measure your pole circumference. Measure the circumference of your poles by using a string, wrapping it around your pole at the desired pole height and then measuring its length.
2. Two bands and two buckles are required for each bracket, whether it is a single bracket or being used as a double bracket. When installing double brackets, add one additional foot of banding to your calculation.
3. It is recommended that the banding be doubled. Example: 3" pole with a 9.42" circumference the following math is used:
9.42 x 4 = 37.68" divided by 12 = 3.14'. It is suggested you order 6' for a single bracket and 7' for a double bracket install
